A team mixing Seychellois staff with workers from a dozen countries does not need a country-by-country manual. Three dimensions explain most of the friction, and two of them are structural rather than cultural.
Most managers here control far less of the pay than of the things that actually drive engagement. The trouble is that the standard advice on those levers assumes a team that shares expectations.
A manager asks whether everyone agrees, nobody objects, the decision proceeds. Three weeks later it turns out half the room never agreed. This failure is common, expensive and fixable.

ABP Consulting is a management training and coaching firm founded in 2003 in Nice, France, and backed by more than twenty trainers and coaches. In Seychelles, it runs management, sales and communication training, team coaching and individual coaching.
Training and coaching are delivered in English, French or Spanish. Both languages this site is published in, English and French, are delivery languages.
One to three days depending on the training. In the two three-day trainings, the first two days are consecutive and the third takes place a few weeks later, once participants have put the tools into practice.
